Time, Others Warn Supreme Court Of Twiqbal Threat

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 4:00 PM EDT) -- Magazine publishers including Time Inc. asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday to overturn an appeals court ruling that kept alive a bankrupt wholesaler’s antitrust suit, arguing the decision threatens to unravel tougher pleading standards in the landmark Twombly and Iqbal cases.
