62 Retailers Warned About E-Commerce Disclosures

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 7:40 PM EDT) -- The U.K. Office of Fair Trading on Friday pushed 62 major online retailers to make changes to their business practices to remedy violations of consumer protection laws that govern electronic transactions, threatening to take enforcement action against those that don't comply.
