Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 7:46 PM EDT) -- A Los Angeles city committee on Tuesday easily gave its nod to a proposed $1.5 billion redevelopment of the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza hotel in a rare unopposed bid for a major project that will add two residential towers to the property.
