Broker Says Bluestone, Princeton Owe $6.5M For Work On JV

Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 1:38 PM EDT) -- New York real estate broker Ali Muid and his employer West East Realty Co. sued a group of developers including The Bluestone Group and Princeton Holdings LLC in state court Friday over their alleged failure to pay a $6.5 million commission for the plaintiffs' role in creating a joint venture worth $430 million.
