NYC Soda Ban Not So Sweet, Industry Groups Say In Suit

Law360, New York (October 12, 2012, 7:52 PM EDT) -- Seven industry groups and unions on Friday sued New York City's Board of Health in New York state court, claiming the city’s recently announced “soda ban” was implemented outside the proper legislative process and will unfairly harm both consumers and small businesses.
