Pa. Poll Access Rule Tramples Press's Freedom, 3rd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 5:29 PM EDT) -- The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette told the Third Circuit on Friday that a Pennsylvania rule keeping the media 10 feet away from polling places violates their First Amendment rights and that a lower court was wrong to reject a proposed agreement allowing the paper limited access.
