Nacio Systems Trade Secrets Suit Sent To Arbitration

Law360 (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former employee at Nacio Systems Inc. accused of stealing trade secrets, trampling a copyright and competing unfairly has successfully removed the Internet services company's lawsuit against him to arbitration, as was provided for in an employment contract that was later terminated.
