Texas Landowners Contest Keystone Pipeline Construction

Law360, Houston (October 17, 2012, 4:16 PM EDT) -- A group of landowners asked a Texas appeals court on Tuesday to stop TransCanada Corp. from installing a segment of the Keystone XL Pipeline across their property, arguing the oil and gas giant never established its right to do so.
