Law360, Los Angeles (October 17, 2012, 5:17 PM EDT) -- A California judge Wednesday ordered Euro TV to pay Universal Studios International Inc. $1.6 million in a contract suit after the European television network failed for the second time to make good on a settlement agreement over licensing fees for shows like “Law & Order."
