Agency Hits Rival With $2M Suit For Luring Away Top Models

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- A modeling agency sued a competitor for $2 million in New York state court Wednesday for allegedly luring away two highly sought-after models and accused the models themselves of breaching their contracts by secretly working for the rival.

Delaware-incorporated and New York-based Ford Models Inc. filed the complaint against New York-based Men Women N.Y. Model Management Inc. and models Alana Zimmer and Karolina Waz, accusing them of attempting to target and damage its business in contravention of contract law and core business ethics.
