Job Conduct Differences Don't Rule Out Class Cert., Court Says

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 10:50 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court found that a group of newspaper carriers can be treated as a class even if there are differences in the way they perform their jobs, as long as agreements or policies relating to their job requirements apply uniformly to the group, according to an opinion made public Wednesday.
