USC Denied Rent Injunction In Suit Over Building's Permits

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 5:30 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday affirmed a trial court's denial of a preliminary injunction sought by the University of Southern California in its suit against the landlord of its ophthalmology center over charges for a property it can't fully occupy because of a lack of city permits.
