3 Former GE Finance Execs Sentenced To 3-Plus Years

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 8:55 PM EDT) -- Three former executives at General Electric Co. finance companies were sentenced Thursday to prison terms of at least three years for participating in a municipal bond-related bid-rigging conspiracy — shorter prison stints than prosecutors had requested.

Steven E. Goldberg was sentenced to four years in prison at a hearing in Manhattan before U.S. District Judge Harold Baer Jr. The judge sentenced Goldberg's co-defendants, Dominick P. Carollo and Peter S. Grimm, to three years each.
