Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 2:15 PM EDT) -- Despite prosecutors' recommendations for incarceration, a onetime director of the New Jersey Division of Taxation and another official, both convicted of misconduct for making decisions about the contracts of a collection company that gave them dinners and other gifts, were sentenced Thursday to probation.
