US Requests Leniency For Cooperative Galleon Trader

Law360, Wilmington (October 18, 2012, 10:08 PM EDT) -- Prosecutors asked a New York federal judge Thursday to consider Micheal Cardillo’s “extraordinary” assistance in cracking the insider trading ring run by his old boss, Raj Rajaratnam, when sentencing the former Galleon Group LLC trader next week.
