Bankruptcy Judge Denies Probe Of NJ Hospital Sale

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has denied a U.S. trustee's motion for a probe of allegations that an unsuccessful bidder for bankrupt Christ Hospital in Jersey City, N.J., tried a “power play” on an attorney for the estate to skew an auction for the hospital in its favor.
