General Dynamics Loses Protest Of SAIC's $150M IT Contract

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 7:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has rejected a General Dynamics Corp. unit's challenge to a $150.7 million information technology contract that went to rival Science Applications International Corp., rejecting complaints about the bid process' fairness in an opinion published Thursday.
