Papa John's Insurers Fight Liability In TCPA Class Suits

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 3:53 PM EDT) -- A pair of American International Group Inc. affiliates lodged a suit against Papa John's International Inc. in Kentucky federal court on Wednesday, arguing that it has no duty to defend or indemnify the pizza chain in two putative class actions alleging unsolicited telephone marketing.
