LA Attys Sued Over 'Secret' $6M Wells Fargo OT Settlement

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A putative class on Thursday lodged a legal malpractice suit against a Los Angeles law office, saying the firm mishandled settlement talks in a previous wage and hour action against Wells Fargo & Co. by bargaining away opt-out rights without consulting its clients.
