Saul Ewing Adds To Securities, Utility Practices

Law360, New York (October 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Saul Ewing LLP has lured new partner Orlan M. Johnson to join the firm as a member of the securities transactions and utility practice groups.

Johnson's practice will focus on corporate law, business transactions, and federal and state regulatory issues, according to the firm. Johnson's broad experience working with utility companies will be a big addition to Saul Ewing's lineup, said Constance B. Foster, chair of the firm's business department.
