Calif. City Improperly Approved Housing Project, Court Says

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 10:29 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court sided with environmental groups Friday in finding that Santee, Calif., had not fully assessed the environmental impact of developing a 1,400-unit housing project on undeveloped land that includes wetland and grasslands.
