Apple Takes Aim At Samsung Juror Misconduct Claims

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Apple Inc. on Friday belittled Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s claim that juror misconduct warrants a new trial in the patent infringement battle between the companies, while Samsung argued that Apple is not entitled to a permanent injunction or more damages on top of a U.S. jury's $1 billion verdict.
