A&E Used 3-D Jesus Clips Without Permission, Animator Says

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 3:23 PM EDT) -- A&E Television Networks LLC violated the terms of a licensing agreement and infringed an animator's copyrights when it aired several shows on The History Channel that depicted a 3-D rendering of Jesus Christ's face, according to a suit transferred to New York on Friday.
