Starbucks Says It Never Promised Single-Brew Cup Availability

Law360, New York (October 22, 2012, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Starbucks Corp. on Monday renewed its bid to dismiss a Michigan consumer class action over the discontinuation of Starbucks coffee for Kraft Foods Global Inc.’s Tassimo single-serve coffee brewers, saying it did not guarantee the product would be sold forever.
