Ex-CIA Officer Pleads Guilty To Identifying Covert Agent

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A former CIA officer on Tuesday pled guilty in Virginia federal court to intentionally identifying a covert agent, following accusations that he illegally disclosed classified information about the capture and interrogation of suspected al-Qaida lieutenant Abu Zubaydah to a New York Times reporter.
