Apple Patent From $1B Samsung Case Found Invalid

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 8:56 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. told a California federal court Monday that an Apple Inc. patent at issue in the companies’ battle over smartphone intellectual property was recently found invalid, which could hurt Apple’s bid to add to the $1 billion verdict it has already won.
