Victoria's Secret Settles Pregnancy Bias, Wage Suit

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 12:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge agreed Friday to dismiss pregnancy bias, retaliation and wage-and-hour claims brought against Victoria's Secret parent company Limited Brands Inc. after the parties reached a settlement resolving the certified collective action.

U.S. District Judge J. Paul Oetken dismissed the suit without prejudice after being notified that Limited Brands, various Victoria's Secret entities and plaintiff Fredda Malena had reached a settlement in principal to end the litigation.
