Wyeth Gets Wage-And-Hour Suit Dropped

Law360 (October 30, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In one of over a dozen similar cases, a federal judge halted a proposed class action against Wyeth, ruling that the sales representatives making up the putative class are exempt from the California statutes under which they brought their wage-and-hour suit.

Judge Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California granted Wyeth's motion for summary judgment on Oct. 24. The plaintiff will appeal the case, his attorney said.
