2nd Circ. Won't Rehear Axed KeySpan Price Gouge Claims

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 3:59 PM EDT) -- A Second Circuit panel on Tuesday declined to take another look at a consumer's putative antitrust class action alleging KeySpan Corp. used a complex financial transaction to gouge New York City electricity buyers, effectively keeping in place a dismissal of the suit.
