FHFA, OCC's Guidelines Don't Harm Loan Programs: 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 8:15 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit affirmed Wednesday that guidelines by the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency regarding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's treatment of mortgages secured by properties with liens related to unpaid energy efficiency loans were allowable.
