DirecTV Wants Venezuelan Network's $39M Claim Tossed

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 5:31 PM EDT) -- A DirecTV attorney urged a New York state judge Thursday to toss a Venezuelan television station's allegations that DirecTV wrongly dropped it, saying that "if you want to play games of chicken with Hugo Chavez, you can't do it with DirecTV's satellite feed."
