Chevron's Subpoenas Stand In $19B Ecuador Judgment Row

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 4:43 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday denied as premature a motion to quash Chevron Corp.'s nonparty subpoenas served on Google Inc. and Yahoo Inc. seeking user data for more than 70 email addresses in its fight against the enforcement of a $19.2 billion pollution judgment in Ecuador.
