T-Mobile Sues Philly Landlord Over Rooftop Lease

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 1:42 PM EDT) -- A regional T-Mobile USA Inc. subsidiary sued its Philadelphia landlord in federal court Wednesday, claiming Rush Realty Co. Inc. has breached the parties' lease agreement by not allowing T-Mobile onto the roof to update cellular tower equipment.
