RIM Investor Fraud Suit Hinges On Tablet Statements

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 4:57 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge said Thursday that plaintiffs in a consolidated putative class action accusing Research In Motion Ltd. of misleading investors about its aging product line may only have a case regarding alleged misstatements about RIM's tablet, the BlackBerry Playbook.
