Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 6:21 PM EDT) -- The holder of the literary rights to William Faulkner's work sued Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. on Thursday in Mississippi federal court, alleging the company didn't seek permission for the movie's reference to one of the author's books in the Woody Allen film “Midnight in Paris."
