Motorola Can Redact, Not Seal, Docs In Apple-Samsung Row

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 3:42 PM EDT) -- Motorola Thursday lost its bid in California federal court to seal evidence detailing patent-licensing negotiations with Samsung, but won the right to redact financial and royalty details from the files, which were submitted as part of Apple's fight with Samsung.
