FTC Likely To Get New Chairman After Election

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 9:43 PM EDT) -- After Tuesday's election, Federal Trade Commission Chairman Jon Leibowitz is expected to step down and make way for a new agency head, with the most likely candidates being Commissioner Julie Brill if President Barack Obama wins re-election and Commissioner Maureen Ohlhausen if Mitt Romney prevails, agency observers say.
