Children's Place Settles Credit Card Data Class Action

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 4:41 PM EDT) -- The Children's Place Retail Stores Inc. reached a deal Thursday to give discounts on future purchases to a proposed class of California consumers who claim that the clothing retailer improperly collected the personal information of at least 192,000 customers during credit card transactions.
