ATM Fee Ruling Kills Best Buy's LCD Antitrust Claims: Toshiba

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Toshiba Corp. on Thursday urged a California federal judge to dismiss Best Buy Co. Inc.'s claims over alleged price-fixing in the liquid crystal display market, reiterating its contention that the retailer lacks standing to seek antitrust damages under the Ninth Circuit's recent ATM fee antitrust ruling.
