Lead Plaintiff Tossed From Smucker False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 4:08 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Tuesday booted the lead plaintiff from a class action accusing J.M. Smucker Co. of falsely marketing products full of hydrogenated oils as healthy after her individual claims were settled, against her wishes, by her Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee.
