Ceglia Charged With Fraud Over Facebook Ownership Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A man who previously claimed in a New York federal lawsuit that he was entitled to a 50 percent stake in Facebook Inc. was arrested Friday and faces criminal fraud charges for allegedly basing his claims on doctored evidence.
