Texas High Court Won't Review Playboy's Licensing Win

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:59 PM EDT) -- The Texas Supreme Court on Friday refused to hear an appeal by a Spanish-language distributor challenging a lower court's ruling in favor of Playboy Enterprises Inc. that had refused to grant the distributor a new trial in a licensing contract dispute with the racy men's magazine.
