Landowners Press Texas High Court For Oil Royalties Class

Law360, Dallas (November 6, 2012, 3:56 PM EST) -- A group of landowners claiming Texas owes them money from oil and gas royalties told the state Supreme Court on Tuesday that class certification shouldn't be negatively impacted by a settlement agreement that includes just 80 members of the putative class.
