EA Wants Zynga Contract Claims Out Of Copyright Row

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 7:53 PM EDT) -- Electronic Arts Inc. told a California federal court Friday that settlements stemming from a previous hiring dispute did not prevent the company from suing Zynga Inc. over alleged copyright infringement and urged the court to toss a set of Zynga counterclaims.
