Voicemail Patent Suit Proceeds Against Cablevision

Law360 (November 1, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A suit accusing Cablevision Systems Corp. of infringing two integrated voicemail patents has received clearance by a federal court to move forward.

Judge Denise Cote on Wednesday denied Cablevision’s motion to dismiss the infringement suit filed by IP licensing firm Tele-Guía Talking Yellow Pages Inc. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
