NJ's Appeal Over Gift Card Law Passed Over By High Court

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 1:56 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take up New Jersey's challenge to a Third Circuit decision that blocked portions of a 2010 law that provided for the transfer of unused gift card balances to the state.
