Richemont Paid $380M For NYC Retail Condo, Docs Show

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The North American affiliate of French luxury goods company the Richemont Group closed on the purchase of a 24,800-square-foot retail condominium at Manhattan's St. Regis New York Hotel earlier this month for a whopping $380 million, according to records made public Monday — $5 million more than had previously been reported.
