Watchdog Group Sends Congress Defense Bill Wish List

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 5:49 PM EDT) -- With the National Defense Authorization Act expected to become a congressional priority after the elections, a nonprofit spending watchdog sent lawmakers a wish list for what it hopes to see in the bill on Friday, including enhanced whistleblower protections for contractor employees and a lowered cap on contractor pay.
