Recording Co., Shirt-Sellers Settle 'Who Dat' Row

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 4:41 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana recording company has resolved a trademark infringement dispute involving two T-shirt vendors and a restaurant over the right to sell apparel bearing the phrase "Who Dat," a chant popularized by fans of NFL team the New Orleans Saints, attorneys said Monday.
