BAE Rigged Bid, Overbilled On Contract, Whistleblowers Say

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 3:43 PM EDT) -- BAE Systems Inc. used inside information to rig bids, then overbilled the government, whistleblowers from the defense contractor asserted in a complaint unsealed Saturday.

BAE program manager Matt Paige and technical illustrator James Gammon claim higher-ups used information from sources within the U.S. Army to rig a bid on a contract to revamp a configuration and maintenance supply system for Army watercraft.
